Your questions, answered.
How long does it take to build my website?
About two weeks after the mockup is approved for a business website, one week for a 40-second video. The exact timeline is in the quote.
How does payment work?
The mockup is free. Then 50% when you order and 50% at launch. No mandatory subscription: maintenance is optional.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The website, its text, its images and its domain name are yours. You can take them with you at any time.
What about my data and AI? Is it GDPR-compliant?
We only use the information that is needed, we tell you which services process the data and where, and we set up the information notice for your users. Access is restricted and you can ask for data to be deleted at any time.
What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation over to a person (you or your team) by email or WhatsApp, with a summary of the request. It doesn't make up answers.
Do I have to take maintenance?
No, it's optional, from €49/month with no minimum term. It covers updates, backups, small changes and support.
